ITSI Baking Studio

At ITSI Baking Studio/烘焙工作坊, we believe in using only necessary tools and home equipment to produce our great healthy pastry for friends and family. Most of our workshops are individual hands-on classes to ensure that participants have the chance to try mixing the batter, kneading the dough himself/herself to understand the whole process.

Most of our products are baked without adding chemical/artificial flavouring nor colouring. Learn to bake from us for the well-being of your family members and create your own unique recipes according to your family/friends likings!

Great lesson, small group

The instructor is knowledgeable and gave useful tips and information about baking. As it was a small group, there was good interaction between the students and the instructor. I could learn a lot from the instructor with the individual hands-on experience which I feel is important for learning. Enjoyable experience.

It was a good hands on experience..

Very patient instructor. Small group size of 7 pax allows for good interaction between instructor and students. Sufficient time given for explanation, demo and individual hands on.
Personally, I would like the sourdough to be more "rustic" in flavour, though most would prefer the soft sourdough texture. It may also be preferable to commence the class at 10am so that the lunch break can be at 1.30pm instead of 2.30pm.
Overall, it was an informative and enjoyable experience.

Best Butter cake

Corrine is very patient and clear in her explanation. The butter cake is soft and fluffy especially on the next day. It is by far the best butter cake recipe I hv come across. Class is small and enjoyable. Wl attend her lessons again.

Casual learning with both theory and hands-on

Personally I find the fees are slightly expensive as a non-working student. However, I really like the class, there is demo and hands-on where we individually work on our dough. The atmosphere is casual and instructor is very patient, kind and friendly. I am lucky to be in a class which other participants are nice too. Because it is a small class, the instructor can attend to everyone. By the way, it is air-conditioned, I expected it to be a hot place but it turned out quite comfortable, neat and clean. Overall I would recommend this class and come back for other classes.

Happy children, great experience

Strawberry Heart-Shaped Shortbread

Chef is friendly & explain while demo the steps per recipe before hands on. Except portion make is very little & don feel value for money.
