The cake is a straight forward, tasty & simple cake.
Environment is clean & tidy. Spacious too.
Would think it'll be better if
- Not all ingredients are fully prepared in advance. Would be more fun if we can measure cream of tartar, making the coffee, separating egg yolks & whites etc ourselves.
- We can make the cake individually. Instead of doubling the portion & work in pairs, the learning will be a lot more beneficial to do individually as we will then be able to hands on more. Since this is a straight forward cake, there's no need to work in pairs.

I love to attend BaKeFresh classes and their lessons are great! Would look forward to their new classes.

The lesson is about decorating the cookies. Decoration was fun. But i thought we will start from scratch to learn to do the dough to preparing the icing ingredients. But all was prepare.

It is colorful & bake in various shape. My kids love it. Also like that the icing are not too sweet.

This is my second time attending baking class from Bakefresh, find the environment conducive and also instructors Jane and Penny very helpful and patient in teaching as well as sharing of their experience in baking the rainbow cake.

I would prefer to learn to bake from scratch. Many of the items/ingredients are prepacked. Secondly, I would prefer to bring back what I have baked & not someone else. All baked items are all mixed up then distributed to us.
This class are probably more suitable for the slightly more experience baker.

Brenda was very good and taught us very well. The cake was very soft n fluffy. Great experience.
