Bake A Dough

A home baking studio located in the West, Bake a Dough provides baking workshops and cake decoration classes for adults, as well as parent and child bonding sessions. Classes are kept small so you will receive undivided attention from us, and workshops are conducted in a comfortable home environment which is closer to your heart.

Being passionate about baking, fun-loving and self-taught baking instructor, Chloe Lim, has 6 years of baking experience . She will be generously sharing her passion, tips, dos and don'ts. As "little" as it is, she is most open to trying and experimenting new recipes. Determined to excel, she experience along the way and learn from mistakes. Recipes are precise, easy to follow, tested and tasted.

Fun and easy to learn

The class size was great. the teacher can focus and guide you personally anytime if u feel tat u couldnt follow. Chloe is a good teacher! Overall, i enjoyed the baking session. My family like the cake too. Their only comment is that if the cake can be a little bit softer, then it will be perfect! ;)

Insightful

Chloe is a dedicated teacher who is committed to honing the techniques in baking of her students. I wished that I had more frosting for my lychee martini cake though :)

Excellent lesson for beginner

Chloe is attentive in guiding us on the bread making and gave us ample of time for our creativity in bread making. She also gives lots of tips and reasons for each brand of ingredients she choose. A very good lesson for those want to have crash course on making bread.

Well organized

Small class and friendly environment

Very clean and relaxed environment

Very pleasant class environment with well organized thought into the teaching. Chloe explains things very clearly and detailed. It is also a very clean place and relaxing as the class size is kept small for more personalized attention.

Color fun class

Clear and concise demo & explanation

Chef Chloe was very clear and concise in her demo & explanation. Class was kept small so that everyone could enjoy the attention and guidance from her. Benefited from the discussion on why macaroon failed. Now I am more confident that I could create successful macaroons!
