The PADI Open Water Diver Course conducted by Amazing Dive(5* Dive Centre) is priced from S$499 and it can be summarized into 3 main components:

- Theory Component (Self Study)
- Confined Refresher Pool Session (Optional, only if you want to refresh your Open Water Skills! It’s S$80/pax for a pool session)
- Open Water (Open Sea) Dives in Pulau Hantu Singapore / Pulau Tioman Malaysia (Minimum 4 Dives)
You may choose to do either the Theory Session or Pool Session first, and after completing both, you will embark on a dive trip to complete your Open Water Diver Course and earn your Dive Certification!
Step One: Theory Session

Combining the best of instructional technology and live instruction, Amazing Dive keeps its class sizes small to give a personalised experience.
The Open Water Diver Theory Session is scheduled to fit most Singaporean working schooling schedules, and it counts towards your progress to become a fully certified PADI Open Water Diver.
You’ll need to book on our schedule and attend two Theory Sessions on Wednesday(Part A) and Thursday(Part B). Prior to this, you should have collected your Open Water Course Materials and also made full payment about 7 days in advance.
Each session is an after-office-school-hours affair from 6.30pm to about 8.30pm, at the AmazingDive Shop @465 Crawford Lane #01-18.

“Reg on! Mask on! Inflate your BCD! Weight belt and mask secure! Go, go, go!” Take a giant stride- Having fun yet? We’re just practising.
After a simple water confidence test, we’ll cover safety drills, exercises, underwater techniques and will be a lot of fun, progressively. You may choose to do your pool session before your theory session.
You will experience the fascinating experience of breathing underwater for the first time, in the safety of a confined pool, and the friendly, progressive guidance of our Instructors and Divemasters.
Because of our 6/8:1 ratio(students to instructor/DM), training slots fill up quickly so do book for your slots in advance. Sometimes, we have ‘overflow’ pool sessions conducted on weekday evenings.
Do bring along swimwear, goggles if required, and some light munchies for everyone- that’s a surefire way to make friends at the pool!
Step Three: Open Water Dive Trip
Your own Certification Dives. Turquoise waters teem with life and mysteries, simply waiting for you. It’ll take your breath away. This is the time of your life, something you’ve always been waiting for!
During the months of end February to late October, we run trips to Pulau Tioman and Pulau Dayang in Malaysia, and during the rest of the year we run trips to Bintan.
In order to complete the Open Water Dive Course, you will need to attempt and complete at least four dives. In these four dives, we will help you to master the skills you have already practised in the confined pool sessions, as well as fine tune your technical skills such as buoyancy control and basic creature identification.
However, we are unique in offering five dives in order to cater to students who may miss a dive or in the event of bad weather; ideally, the fifth dive will be your first non-training, leisure dive where you will be able to have an idea of how it is like to use all your skills in tandem and integrate your learning into practice. The fifth dive also helps you to build up your confidence as a leisure diver and further fine-tuning prepares you well for your Advanced Open Water Diver Course.
Book a slot on our and join up for an Open Water Trip at Pulau Tioman, or Pulau Dayang in Malaysia. It’s a 3D2N full board trip; we’ll meet to leave Singapore (location to be advised) between 5.45pm to 10.00pm (timings cannot be confirmed as it depends on the tide, so before signing up, please make sure departing at 5.45pm shouldn’t be a problem for you!) on Friday and we’ll return to Singapore at about 8pm on Sunday.

Q: Are the lessons real? Will I get scammed if I book classes on LGW?
A: The lessons are definitely real. All lessons are uploaded and checked by a team of hardworking elves (the founders of LGW) who work tirelessly and through late nights to ensure that the details are accurate. All lesson providers are also contracted with LGW to provide the lessons. We back our lessons up with a 100% Refund Policy. In the scenario that a lesson is cancelled, we GUARANTEE that we will refund you 100% of the fess paid. The security of our customers is our number 1 priority. Q: Why do I need to pay immediately?
A: We require that you pay for the lesson in full before you are issued an email confirmation of your booking for the lessons. There will be costs incurred by the instructor before the lesson commences, and your payment not only immediately confirms your booking, but will enable us to pay the lesson provider immediately!
Q: Why should I book and pay for my lessons on LessonsGoWhere.com.sg?
A: In cases of disagreement between you and the lesson provider, LGW will have a copy of your booking details logged with us and can also withhold payment from the lesson provider. Your booking details will be helpful should any disputes arise in terms of bookings and payments. Q: What if the lesson provider asks for more money when I arrive?

Q: Do the fees include equipment and location rentals (if necessary)?
A: While some lesson providers will include equipment and facility bookings with the fee, others might not. Don't worry though, the pricing information is clearly stated on each listing and will also note what is or is not included. Q: What happens if I pay for a lesson and the lesson provider cancels or doesn't respond?
A: Don't worry! If the lesson is cancelled or if you are unable to get a response from the lesson provider, email us at info@lessonsgowhere.com.sg and we will refund you 100% of the fees you paid.
Q: My friend/girlfriend/boyfriend/family member wishes to attend the lesson as well, can I book for them too?
A: Yes! Learning is always an experience best shared. It's also a great activity to bond over! If you have others who are interested in attending the lesson as well, simply book the appropriate number of slots for the lesson and they can accompany you. Book fast though! Most lessons only have a limited number of slots available and if you aren't fast enough, you might not be able to secure the slots for them!
Q: Should I leave a review after I've attended the lesson?
A: Definitely! Not only do other students benefit from your review of the lesson, you will also receive Reward Points for your review! You can use those Reward Points as a discount off your future lessons too! Everyone benefits!
