We bring yoga, dance & fitness classes to the companies and encourage employees to stay healthy. On top of that, we also organise various categories of health talks – ranging from Food & Nutrition, Posture & Ergonomics, Pain Management Workshops, Aromatherapy to Mental Health Related programs to help employees to stay fit.
