Vitality Rawr specialises in raw-centric botanical cuisine, offering uncooking classes, food consulting, private chef and catering services. Vitality Rawr is started by Sabrina Chu, a former biomedical scientist and now a chef, uncooking instructor, self-confessed foodie and advocate of all things healthy and sustainable. Vitality Rawr mission is to delight and promote wellness through healthy plant-based innovative cuisine, to connect people and celebrate cultures through food.

Sabrina overcame her ill health through a high raw plant-based diet, and is now her passion to share and teach how to create high vibrancy meals through smart food combination, low heat cooking, fermentation, sprouting, juicing and much more. Sabrina undertook courses at the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, the pioneer and avant garde school in plant-based cuisine.

Sabrina's other passion is travelling which she gains insight into exotic and interesting flavors. She infuses these elements into her dishes, making each plate a woven tapestry of global stories around the world.
