Overall it has been a very informative session with insights of the workings of a bakery business. The session has provided quite a lot of in-depth information on the baking ingredients with generous sharing by the Chef. Is more like a workshop than a hands on type of class. The lesson provider, Amy is very warm and been very caring to the participants.
