Owner & Chef Puja Pawa

Fueled by her love affair for creating great food, and drawing from her Le Grand Diplome apprenticeship at the renowned culinary school Cordon Bleu, owner-cum-chef Puja Pawa directs a daily theatrical production of novelty cakes and exquisite cupcakes, all customised to each customer's unique taste and design preferences.

She loves sharing her passion for baking in intimate, small-group classes, or with anyone who drops by the cake studio. Always casting a designful eye and sweet tooth on the global bakersphere, she travels frequently to learn and sample from renowned bakers all around the world. Paisley & Cream is a crystalisation of her passion and vision for great food with great people.
