Founded by accountant-turned-Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef Allison Hoon, MyPastri.es teaches a wide range of mouth-watering desserts, from dainty macarons and decadent mousse gateau, to seasonal mooncakes and Christmas cakes. Classes are conducted from the comforts of a chic pre-war apartment-cum-baking-studio in the charming and historic Tiong Bahru.

With each class personalized to suit students of every skill level, from home bakers to budding pastry enthusiasts, there is sure to be a class to suit every taste and craving.

Great experience and a lot of fun during lesson

The lesson was a great experience where I gotten a hands-on experience on making macaron for the first time. The teacher shared her experience which was invaluable. Lesson was fun and very interactive with the entire class.

Just to highlight that 4 of us has paid $90.00 for the lesson but the cake tray we have are different sizes.

We hope that the next lesson will use the same size of cake tray for the trainees .


Enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing

Lesson was conducted at a comfortable pace and was easy to follow even for a first timer. Instructions were clear and the techniques used were demonstrated in a clear and concise manner.

A plus point is that the trainer (Ally) is friendly and approachable and made you feel right at home. Looking forward to attending other courses conducted by her again. :)

A fun & interactive class, Allison is patient & knowlegable, shared with participants her many experiences. Foundant figurines are so cute & adorable! They looked complex and tedious but Allison's step by step instructions made it easy and fun!
