Here at Little Bakes & Crafts, we aim to promote healthy living through the passion of baking healthier choice baked goods for our loved ones. And through such activities, create opportunities for meaningful bonding and interaction among families, friends and loved ones. The efforts, time and shared moments are priceless.

It is our ultimate vision that through our healthy and easy baking activities and baked goods, friends, families, neighbours or even someone you just met can be brought closer together.

Little Bakes & Crafts is the passion and work of Lynn Lim, who is professionally trained in Baking & Pastry Arts. She started conducting baking workshops since 2009.

Lynn started experimenting with dairy free and low sugar baking even before her formal culinary training, as her mum is lactose intolerant and her dad is diabetic. As she got to know more people around her, especially young children with multiple food allergies, she became more fervent in experimenting with baking for special dietary needs. This resulted in the creation of her 2 popular signature cakes, Chocolate Fudge Pudding and Tofu Cheesecake with Mixed Berries Compote.

Her adaptation of other popular recipes has also brought much joy to both children and adults with special dietary needs, who otherwise have very limited choices for such baked goods and desserts here in Singapore. One of these special recipes, Soy Chocolate Ice Cream, has been featured in the popular Food & Travel magazine.
