Very happy and fun! This course is good for beginners like myself and good hands on experience. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, tips on how to make it and delicious bread.

It’s better that we have an idea of what materials we actually needed - like sometimes we didn’t know that we actually needed to invest on kitchen machine. Which not every family is using as basic kitchen ware at home.

Justina was very pro-active in confirming the lesson and provide directions to her house. It was a tad hard to find but managed to locate her house nonetheless. Do note that the baking session is situated in her house itself and not a shop where many were mistakened.
It was a warm and cosy environment of not more than 6 persons. Do eat your breakfast before coming as the session would last till 1pm.

I had to admit, for one who was a beginner, I couldn't quite catch the beginning of the session when Justina started off fast about wet v.s. dry ingredients and the proportion of ingredients needed. However, Justina was shown to be patient and was able to answer majority of the questions ranging from those who have zero experience in baking to those who do.

While I wished there could have been an opportunity for us to each have our own station and be part of the entire process, however given the time/resource constraints it would have been difficult for the teacher to handle. Do note that you would have to also wash your own placemats, rolling stick after use - not a biggie to me :)

Overall, it was an overall good learning session for me given that Justina provided good step by step guidance and post lesson questions.

Had baked my first successful soft buns that my kids like after the lesson. Justina is very detailed and knowledgable. The class is good for beginner to learn and pick up basic bread baking skill. After class support is good too. Highly recommended.

Justina is passionate about baking and more than willing to help one understand the minute details one has to take care of to get good results . The class size was perfect .
For me the downs were :
Distance I had to travel to reach the class .
It's the first class I attended where there was no tea / coffee or anything to eat offered ( maybe it was the timing 9-12.30) .
But that's not important, what was important was how much I learned during the class . Justina has even promised to follow up and give guidance over the phone if I face any difficulties. Bless her !! She is a warm sweet and a wonderful lady !

Lesson was fun and interactive. Ms Justina is very patience and friendly. Instruction given was very clear with generous tips. Definitely worth attending if you have an interest in baking!

Justina impressed as a gentle, patient woman who is passionate & knowledgeable about her hobby of baking. The class size was just nice, class was well organised & hands on experience was memorable. She was always ready to answer our questions. And our baked products at the end of the session were simply delicious. Highly satisfying & recommended!

Not much of hands on .

After attending the bread making class from Jusbaking, I have more confidence doing it. Justina is a very friendly and patience instructor. Every steps of making are very clear and she will ensure all of us understand it. When I tried to make the bread at home, I had some problem in it. I did feedback my issue to her and immediately she will reply to advise me. Really worth to attend the class!!!

After several failed attempts, blindly following YouTube videos and wrong recipes, I have finally made a bread that is decent enough for consumption. That's only after I attended this course. Ms Justina is a great baking coach, she's really patient and shares her expertise without holding back anything. The course is suitable for everyone and especially beginners like me. I find the course very easy to follow and understand. Indeed, it did help a lot in improving my bread making skills.

Time allocated was perfect. Leave the class with full satisfaction.

My first official class in any kind of cooking...was awesome. Justina never held anything back and was willing to teach and share, making everything clear and easy to understand. I already know how to bake, yet ive learnt so much more from her. Amazing.

Justina was friendly and helpful, answering all questions patiently. She even sent notes beforehand for us to look through. So that gave me some background information, as well as a chance to clarify when we meet up during lessons.

Ms Justina is a very good teacher, she is very patient and answer everyone question in detail. She will ensure all of us understand the baking process step by step and the reason of doing or not doing some of the steps.
The bread were so soft and delicious although I kept some for the next day.
I really gain a lot of bread baking knowledge from the class.

I love to smell bread, look at bread, eat bread and browsing breads at bakery shops. Thats why I wanted to bake my own bread. I tried baking at home many times but have thrown away batches and batches of dough. As I was searching for baking lessons, I came across this LGW site and so I signed up for this class - delicious Homemake Breads.
I have shown up a little early for my class and Justina was very patient listening to my failed attempts, trying to figure out what I have done wrong. The class offered both demo and hands-on. While waiting for the dough to proof/bake, Justina has used the “downtime” to talk about details.
Two days after my class, I tried to bake and this time no more “bad” dough and I managed to produce three different buns - plain, sausage and pork floss. They were soft and nice. I am so happy that I have attended this class and I jokingly told my family that I should have come earlier:)
