Lesson was very nice , easy pace and one on one . Instructor was a very nice lady who gave me quiet a few tips too . Instruction given are fairly simple though incomplete . Was not very impressed with the shortcake because it was a bit dry . By the time I reached home and my family tasted it ...............it was literally crumbling . I personally prefer both the swiss roll and the cake plus the icing to be sweeter but that is an individual taste .Am a bit disappointed with their customer service because the lady was supposed to get back regarding the other lessons I wanted to do with them but neither did she call nor do they ever pick up their phone . So am going ahead with another class elsewhere .
