GS Fitness and Performance


GS Fitness and Performance is a school for swimming and strength. We believe in doing what we love and start by doing small things great. Period.

We are the experts who can help you to be strong in and out of water. We do what we do best, teach and train. We teach how to swim better and faster and how to train to be strong. Water itself is a great resistance to movement and swimming takes knowledge, strength and lots of practices, which it turns, become an amazing tool for training.

Training on land can be as hassle free as possible. The tools we used are kettlebells, cords and bodyweight. With just these, you can be strong as hell like a bear. Eat, sleep, train, that’s what we do. We don’t diet and yet Get Strong, get Fitness and Performance.

General guidelines

Health

  • Be excited and ready for a whole new level of learning experience.
  • Be hydrated throughout the day.
  • Have a light meal 90 minutes before lesson.
  • Inform your medical conditions before class.

Attire and equipment

  • Proper swim attire will be really useful in your swim.
  • Swim cap is a great gear to manage long hair.
  • A goggle is a must for swimming.
  • Please bring a kicking board for your lesson.
  • Sunblock lotion will be great for any outdoor activities.Cord will be provided.

Policies

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to change into swim attire; the lesson will start on time.
  • Duration per lesson is 45 minutes.
  • If the pool is closed or lesson is forced to stop due to weather condition, dry-land training will be conducted.
  • There will be no refund and no replacement class.
