YC Law's Golf Teaching Philosophy

YC Law's golf teaching philosophy emphasizes primarily on a simple fundamental approach that all swing problems are caused by 3 things: ineffective pre-shot routine, poor setup or incorrect posture.

By building a strong and solid foundation in the early days of one's golf learning, it will shorten his learning curve and the pace of improvement will be faster.

Once the basic fundamental is taken care of, the next step is perfecting the backswing and the downswing. With a proper backswing focusing on path and angle, and downswing focusing on sequence, the golf student will be able to achieve an efficient and powerful swing with minimum effort.

To excel in golf requires patience, persistence and doing the right practice. Practice may not make it perfect but practicing the right way will certainly accelerate golf improvement.

Lastly, for most golf students, improvement in the short game is the fastest way to lowering ones' score on the course. So, all of YC Law's golf students will always start their golf lessons by practicing the short game.

If you are a passionate golfer, someone who loves the game and accept challengers, a person with a burning desire to improve, to be the best that one can be or a person totally new to golf who heard so much about the thrills and challenges of golf that makes him want to start the game on the right path straight away without going round in circles to learn this game of a lifetime, you will have much to gain from YC Law's golf teaching philosophy.
