2. Qualification of Coaches - First Kick Academy put their assistant coaches through a rigorous 10-hour training. Thereafter, 3 On-The-Job training are carried out before they are deemed qualified to assist in soccer lessons.
Monthly Updates - Soccer coaches are given monthly updates to ensure the quality and consistency in their training.
Coach Development - Optimal performances by soccer coaches are encouraged through recognition and subsidized upgrading programs.
