We offer the following courses:

1) Crochet 101

If you’re brand new to crochet, it may seem overwhelming to know what kind of hooks, yarns, stitches and patterns to use for a project. What should a beginner learn first? When there are so many options, how do you know where to start?

You will learn the basics of Crochet which includes how to hold a crochet hook, how to chain stitch, how to make a slipknot, how to single crochet, how to double crochet and understanding simple pattern. From there, you will learn how to do different kinds of stitches (half double crochet, slip stitch, increasing, decreasing, changing colours, weaving ends and much more.

2) Design Your Own Amigurumi Series

A Japanese term for knitted or crocheted stuff toy. Learn how to make your own character (robot/monster/doll etc) by understanding how basic shapes are formed. We'll start off by designing the character and identifying its basic shapes. You'll learn how to crochet using single crochet or double crochet, understanding when or when not to crochet using the back loop, fastening off and embellish.

3) Recycling/Upcycling Crochet

You can do your part on being environmentally friendly by recycling/up-cycling the things around you with Crochet. There are no hard or fast rules in this. Be creative, be green!
