Coaching as a career has never been a viable option for many people or seen as a profession. With the sports industry opening up in Singapore and the opening of Sports Hub, now is the time to explore coaching as a career.

At Crossroad Sports, I'm offering these options for coaches who are interested to explore coaching netball as a career:

1. 6 months internship with Head Coach - You will be attached to one of the school and watch the training sessions. During the 6 months, the Head Coach will also go through the planning process and system of training. The intern will also get to experience at least following the team for a competition and learn how to do sideline coaching. At the end of 6 months, he or she will receive an evaluation from the company.

2. 1 to 2 years training attachment with the Head Coach - The trainee will work towards certification if he or she has yet to acquire them. After that, the company will look for a suitable school for the trainee to start coaching and providing timely and effective feedback as a form of learning. The trainee will graduate after 1 or 2 years and continue with the school on his or her own capacity.
