Celeste is the Chef Owner of a successful culinary studio and has been sharing her passion in pastry and culinary arts for the past ten years. A Former Executive Chef; she is regularly conducting courses in Pastry and Bread making, International Cuisine as well as Local and Heritage recipes. Her informative classes and workshops are conducted in a cosy private studio setting with groups no larger than 8 for better attention. Her Studio is a well kept secret since 2002; her students are mainly professionals and passionate foodies. She does regular workshops for corporate groups and staff bonding sessions. She does food consultation for new start-ups as well as existing F&B Companies.
