• Champions Golf was established by Champion Professional Golfer and leading PGA Coach, Alan Murray and Garry Overy in 1998 to provide quality golf coaching for all types of golfers; Alan won over 60 Professional Golf titles including: - 1962 French Open, 1961 Australian PGA Championship and 3 Rolex Masters; Alan was formerly Head Professional at Singapore Island Country Club from 1972 to 1980 and has been coaching golfers of all abilities including many professionals full time since 1967; In 1973 Alan Co Founded the Singapore Professional Golfers Association and was made the only Life Member in 1980 and also made a Life Member of the Australian PGA in 2005;
• Later in 1998 Alan’s son Matthew Murray joined Champions Golf to expand the company into other areas of golf such as club & range management and golf events;
• In 1999 Champions Golf Academy increased its paid up capital S$200,000;

• In January 2013, Champions Golf was awarded the tender to manage and operate Green Fairways Golf Course for six years; Since renamed Champions Golf Course;
• In 2014 Champions Golf became the Fenix Golf Distributor in Singapore and Malaysia as well as the S-Yard Distributor in Malaysia,
