Meet Blogger Chef Jane! With an avid passion for baking, she has attained numerous certificates such as the Certificate in Professional Baking, the Certificate in Cake Decoration and the Certificate in Wedding Cake Decoration from local culinary institutions. Although she usually works from hoe, she has attained the WDA Basic Food Hygiene Course.

Her inquisitive nature has led her to experiment with different recipes, simultaneously expounding on her knowledge on the art and science involved in baking. On the quest to enhance and hone her baking skills, she is on the constant lookout for new workshops to attend. Concurrently, she has started her own workshops on cake baking and decorations in hopes to share her experience and expertise with like-minded individuals.
