Cooking lessons are for beginners (especially domestic helpers) and newly weds or individuals interested to learn how to cook different types of cuisines.

Cuisine lessons include:

a) Basic hawker fares such as fried kway teow, braised egg hor fun, fried or soup prawn noodles, fish porridge etc

b) Chinese steamed, braised, stir-fried dishes or soups and popiah, vinegar pig trotters etc

c) Malay padang food such as sayor lodeh, beef rendang, mutton or chicken curry, assam or sambal fried fish etc

d) French dishes such as coq-au-vin, oxtail or beef bourguignon, nicoise salad and different types of french soups

e) Western dishes such as fish and chips, beef steaks, grilled pork chops and different types of spaghetti.

f) Japanese cuisine such as chiraishi bowl (mixed sashimi on sushi rice), hokkaido clam soup, clear seaweed soup, unagi on braised daikon, japanese side dishes.


The above classes can be held individually or in small groups not exceeding 6 participants at my place of residence. Fees are charged differently depending on different cuisines signed up. All participants are to bring their own aprons and personal set of cutlery.
