Artify Studio

We are a bunch of passionate people and art enthusiasts trying to cultivate a better learning culture by inspiring children to embrace mistakes and fix their own boo-boos. Resilient is the skill we try to instil in our next generation.
It’s not just about being a great artist, but also about being a person with great character, a person that is self-motivated and curious about things. Art is a channel for us to inspire children to be more accepting of changes and mistakes.

The programme is led by Jae, the Captain of Artify Studio, who believes that humour is a catalyst for classroom ‘magic’. Her enthusiasm and laughter is infectious and she encourages happy ‘noises’ and ‘movements’ in class. Using humour in her teaching helps kids overcome their fear of failure, find balance, lighten up, loosen up, and most importantly, to have fun.

The ‘magic’ studio is filled with great energy that inspires children to be positive and keeps them excited about learning. By injecting joy in her teaching environment, Jae enables children to explore their own interests without being restricted or bounded by rules when creating their artistic masterpieces. This allows our kids to create happy artworks, share their stories with the larger society, and spread joy through their art.

Our handcrafted programme
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach: Our art programme is specially handcrafted according to every child's interests and it focuses on project-based learning. It creates natural curiosity and creativity by encouraging our little artists to work on projects that interest them.

Beyond drawing and painting, we explore different mediums and craft methods with our kids—from sewing, to play-dough-making, and terrarium-building. We embrace this concept because it fosters independence, self-help skills, and creativity. We want to open our children's eyes to new and exciting worlds that are found in art. ‘Play’ is fun for children and ‘play’ is also the way for children to learn.

Our classes have a small instructor-to-students ratio
(1 Art Instructor : 4 Little Artists) because we pride ourselves in the attention that we are able to give to each student.
