As one of the four official languages of Singapore, English is widely used in everyday conversation, whether in business or casual settings. Mandarin Chinese follows as the next most often used language. Established in 2011, Alpha Language School is a bridge that connects non-English/Mandarin-speaking expatriates to multicultural Singapore. Our vision is to become the top language school in the country. Our mission is to provide fun and effective language courses for learners to feel at home in our cosmopolitan city.

Our Aims
English is considered a global language, a necessary tool of communication for people of diverse backgrounds to live and work together. In recent years, Mandarin Chinese has also become an important language to learn for many people. As Asia’s one and only “English Society”, Singapore has been successful in equipping most of its citizens with proficient skills in not only English but the other three of our official languages, Mandarin Chinese, Malay, and Tamil.

Reflecting these national achievements and acknowledging the needs of the global market, Alpha aims to arm our students with the necessary skills in English and Mandarin through select teaching methods and quality staff. We want our students to succeed in the business sphere, as well as to better adjust to and enjoy life in Singapore. Therefore, we also aim to be a platform for cultural exchange. We believe that engaging in discussion about different cultures will further enhance their language learning experience. More importantly, we believe that this will improve their ability to interact with people all around the world as they continue on their career paths.
