Back due to overwhelming demand, Cathy's class on Patterned Swiss Rolls has proven to be a huge success again. Our participants had lots of fun baking and decorating their very own Patterned Swiss Rolls. Check out how they did it!

A seasoned baker, Chef Cathy always starts off her lesson with detailed demonstration of the steps to baking, at the same time sharing useful tips for baking and beating up the meringue. After each segment of preparation, she will set aside time to answer all questions, and finally, instruct the participants on baking their very own Swiss Roll.
