We believe that the best food can come from your own kitchen, and that it should not be a daunting task to create delicious food. Here at thebaketimes, our classes will allow you to fast forward the tedious process of checking out and tweaking a new recipe, so you can have more time to spend with people you love.

THE BAKER’S INN

Classes are conducted in a cosy, fully air-conditioned home environment in the Western part of Singapore near Jurong Point, a 7 min walk from both Boon Lay MRT and Pioneer MRT stations. Class sizes are small so you will get individual attention and a chance to ask questions. All our classes are currently hands-on sessions, so rest assured that you will learn the proper technique to start you off.

Comfortable place.

Chef had good knowledge on baking. She could answer all of our queries and also gave us good tips. Would come back again

My Personal Experience

The lesson started on time, but it will be better if we got to do more hands-on activities. For example, sifting the flour, cracking the eggs, making the buttercream ourselves. The lesson was extended by an hour, and can be improved if the lesson actually was four hours instead of three so it will not be too hasty. Overall it was a great experience, though lesson was a tad costly for a home studio with not much hand-on.

Clear instructions and easy to follow

The instructor give clear instruction and answer our every doubts patiently. Never expect i be able to pipe the cream on the cake. Thanks for the guiding of instructor. The cake turn out to be marvellous.

It's my first baking experience, and Shirleen (instructor) makes sure I hands-on everything! The environment is nice and class size is small, so everyone gets attention. Very nice! Would hope to make it for another lesson!

Amazing

Even this is my 1st time experience in making cheese cake I can made perfect cheese cake by myself. Class size also nice . Teacher is patient and very clear to explain.

Very Good

This is my first time baking a cake and it is a success! My family loved it. Shirleen is very nice to guide me with the rose piping. The environment is very nice too. Overall i think its very good! Will attend other class again !
