Samantha Gan - Frills and Fancies

Hello! Thanks for viewing! My name is Samantha and i have been a jewelry maker and craft instructor for more than 10 years. I love making all crafts but my absolutely favourite craft is jewelry making. I love colorful styles and always incorporate colors into my designs and artwork. I would love to share the joy of creating art and crafts with you. I am also available for both private bookings (eg: parties, birthdays, hen's parties etc) or corporate events.

Jewelry Class: Students will learn to work comfortably with different types of wires and tools to create their own jewelry projects to take home. You will learn to work with jewelry wires and tips on colour matching and techniques will be taught to help participants create their very own customised jewelry projects. The size, length and color of jewelry can be customised.

Craft class: Have fun crafting and creating different projects in class! We will always be adding new and exciting projects so remember to check in regularly! More details on class page.

Environment: class is taught in a cosy, air-conditioned environment, a welcome drink will be provided on arrival.

A delightful experience!

Samantha is very pleasant and vivacious. Most importantly very patient. She took great effort in teaching and ensuring I accomplish the tasks effectively keeping in mind my fulfilment as well. On the whole she made my learning experience a very delightful one. Looking forward to attend more classes.

Elementary sufficient for beginners

Sam is an approachable person, she makes the lesson less tends.
She explains the steps very clearly, the steps are easy and adaptable.

Great new skill, clear instruction.

I really enjoyed learning how to make a glass bracelet in Sam's class- she was very methodical and careful in her instruction, and she provided great info on how to continue making glass jewellery on my own. Thanks Sam!

A really enjoyable few hours

I booked the lesson as a gift to my friend in Singapore, I live in London and all communication for the arrangements was done very easily by email.

Immediately when we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and the lesson was great! Samantha is a good instructor giving clear instructuons on what we needed to do and was patient! I look forward to booking another class with Samantha next time I'm in Singapore.

An Awesome Time worth Investing!

I registered at a late notice & glad that Samantha agreed to take me in. The 2 hour lesson was worth the $$, I had fun , enjoyed learning so much and in a cozy environment. I made two pieces of jewelry (a long necklace and a bracelet) and the person whom I gave it to, was so happy. Because it is a unique set, you cant find another similar jewelry in the market and best of all its made with love.
Sam taught in a clear and concise manner, and she shared lot of tips as well. I wanted a certain theme for my jewelry and was not sure of the combination, Sam gave helpful advice and good choice of beads selection. My final product turned out very beautiful and classy. Thanks Samantha!!

A Weekend Morning Well Spent

It had been a rewarding Sunday morning well spent picking up a new jewellery making skill and making my very first necklace. Samantha was patient in teaching. Her demo and instructions were easy to understand. She also offered tips on how to take care of your jewellery and where to get jewellery making tools and materials. Definitely recommend this lesson to anyone interested in crafting your own jewellery or simply picking up a new easy-to-learn skill!

Quick course to learn about jewelry making

Was surprised to know that the lesson is one to one however it is more productive this way. Instructor is very a very nice and friendly person. She teaches well too and I was able to create a necklace and bracelet on my own under her guidance. She will also share about where to get the materials and give advise on the colour combination to help me better create a nice set of jewleries of my own.
