XtraMile Solutions was born of a frustration. While job-hunting, I observed that some players in the industry had a dangerously myopic view of the world. Their view was absolutely limiting. It was perhaps steeped in prejudice. It was professionally unethical and not trustworthy!

Something had to be done. Small business owners deserved more. They deserve professionals with more intellectual honesty.

Professionals whose facts they can depend on to run their businesses and keep their families safe. Thanks to that frustration, I founded XtraMile Solutions. That is how I took the deep dive in 2004. Has it been easy? Heck no! Was it worth the trouble for a Bantu boy with a strange name and a weird accent from Africa? Absolutely, yes.

In my work with professionals across cultures, in well over 16 countries so far, I often use metaphors to break down big concepts and ideas. To me, this enables everyone to relate and to be a little more relaxed and open to learning.
