At R.A.W. Inside Out, our founder Pauliina believes that well-being is just as much about what we put into our bodies as what we put onto our bodies, be it food, thoughts or products. Mindfulness and awareness of our inner and outer selves helps guide us towards well-being. Pauliina thrives on vegetables, fruit and superfoods, and this passion is brought to you through her raw food workshops and classes, right here in sunny Singapore.

Pauliina’s promises to you:

I do not take raw food so seriously. For me, creating food is a spontaneous, fun, even crazy process and series of experiments.
I will not scare you away with extreme views or demands. Each one of us has our own unique journey, paced according to our inner guidance.

Forgetable

Firstly, I have to say that I was sent this link to review the lesson months later. If I had reviewed it just after the class, I probably would have more positive comments to make. As it is, I can't remember much about the class. Except that I was the only participant, the other was a no-show. So class was rather dull. I remember the trainer was very passionate about raw food. She mentioned she would email a list of suppliers but I've not heard from her.
