A Certified Sake Sommelier by the Sake Sommelier Association, he is committed to the education and promotion of Sake. It is his goal for Japanese Sake to be the preferred alcohol beverage in various social situations.

He judges in international Japanese Sake Competitions.

He regularly conducts sake pairing and sake appreciation sessions in various restaurants as well as in private groups.
