Blogger Chef Cheryl Lai

Cheryl Lai, blogger at Baking Taitai, started her baking journey three years ago. Her passion for baking invigorated her to start a blog last year to share her baking experiments.

Blogger Chef Cheryl Lai advocates healthy eating by using all natural ingredients in her bakes whenever possible. She has been approached to work out a recipe for a newly launched product two months ago and her recipe is recently published in Femina, Indonesia's top magazine! Her signature Magic Custard Cake has been featured twice on the Asian Food Channel. Her enthusiasm and willingness to share her discoveries have won her 4000+ fans on her Facebook page and more than 300000 views of her blog in less than a year.

Fun and Exciting Class

I did learn few tips and knowledge for Baking Tips from Chef Cheryl , the class quite fun , meet new people who love baking , the place very neat and nice , really enjoy the class , there question and answer session where we can ask our doubtful about recipes and other thing related to baking .
There is a group photo session on the last session for memory. The good thing we no need to wash all the equipment after use it , some other class must .
I will join the lesson again with Chef Cheryl if any class what is tempted me .

never regret coming to this workshop

Great Baking Experience!

It was my first lesson with Blogger Chef Cheryl Lai and I totally enjoyed myself. The instructions were clear and demo by Chef was very helpful. I was able to follow through all the steps even when I got home. The recipe was simple and taste of the pineapple tarts was superb! I cannot wait to attend another class by Cheryl soon!
The class was conducted at an ideal venue and it was very convenient to get there. LessonsGoWhere also provided clear instructions to get to the venue. Wonderful!

Fun & Enjoyable Baking Class

Cheryl is very friendly and has demonstrated the process clearly to us before we hands on. She is very patient and took time to demonstrate repeatedly how to create the piggy and rose pineapple tarts, especially the rose one. The class size is just nice where she is able to give the individual the attention required.

Enjoyable baking class!

The instructions given by Cheryl are very clear. She is very patient and takes time to answer all our questions. The pace of the lesson is just right and class size is good too. Everyone commented that the pineapple tarts I baked during the lesson is very tasty (good enough to be sold).

The location of the class is also very convenient. Location is also very clean and comfortable.

Enjoyable & Interesting Baking Session

This is my first time attending Cheryl's baking class & meeting her in person.
Lesson was great & picked up good baking tips & techniques to ensure fool-proof baking.
Cheryl is very approachable, friendly & also patient in her teaching.
Overall lesson experience was excellent & I've enjoyed myself throughout the lesson.
My family members also enjoyed eating the Matcha Chiffon Log Cake very much as the texture is soft & not too sweet. The cookies & cream filling also blends well with the cake.
Environment at The Baking Loft is comfortable, clean & conducive with class participants kept small which helps in better trainer & students' interaction.
I look forward to signing up for the next baking class by Cheryl.

The class is taught in a fun and easy way.

Chef Cheryl Lai aka Baking Tai Tai guide us through a very clear step by step demo before we started the hands on baking. She also gave us tips and told us what are the important things to look out for. I enjoyed the class a lot and definitely will attend her lesson again.

Another great class!!!

This is my second class conducted by Cheryl. Enjoyed her class as per the first one as Cheryl is approachable and friendly. Cheryl will shared baking tips and techniques which can't be found on books. Cheryl indirectly provides with her students the passion and love for baking, being creative and innovative in baking too!

Not forgetting, met some new friends who have great interest in baking.

Enriching experience

Chef Cheryl Lai conducted her lesson in a lively and friendly manner. She was so thorough that she shared possible hiccups that we might encounter so that we could all get a good bake. This was my 1st baking lesson and it was certainly a good start for me.

An enjoyable lesson

Great lesson with lots of sharing of baking tips and details to lookout for foolproof baking. The instructor, Cheryl, is very friendly and approachable. She was very proactive during the lesson, going around to check if the participants require her help. Overall, the session was a rather enjoyable lesson. However, the facilities at the baking loft could be further improved with bigger ovens.

Newbie in a totally relaxed learning environment

Cheryl was very friendly and approachable and everyone was very helpful in facilitating the session and making it a good fun to learn.

Awesome and well conducted lesson

Location of the class is good, class size just nice...Cheryl is very well prepared for the lesson. She share baking tips generously and answer all queries raised patiently. What surprised me is she actually bought along the magic custard cake to let us try before she start the class, sharing with us generously great tips to achieve a successful cake.
